Administrative Coordinator – Majid Al Futtaim, Jeddah
Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our retail operations management team in Jeddah, ensuring seamless administrative workflow across departments.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate administrative activities across multiple departments and locations
– Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements
– Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and business correspondence
– Maintain and update department records, databases, and filing systems
– Process invoices, expense claims, and coordinate with finance for payments
– Act as the point of contact between departments for administrative requests
– Support onboarding of new staff with office setup and access coordination
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Office Management
– 2–4 years of administrative coordination experience
– Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong multitasking ability and calm under pressure
– Professional communication skills in English and Arabic
– Prior experience in retail or FMCG sector is preferred
