Receptionist – Front Desk | Hilton Hotel, Jeddah
Hilton Jeddah is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors at our front desk.
Responsibilities:
– Welcome and greet guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
– Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly
– Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
– Manage room bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries
– Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition
– Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams to fulfill guest requests
– Handle complaints calmly and escalate issues to the duty manager when necessary
Requirements:
– High school diploma or higher; hospitality certification is a plus
– 1–2 years of front desk or customer-facing experience
– Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
– Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera or similar)
– Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
