Personal Assistant to General Manager – SABIC, Riyadh
SABIC is looking for a highly capable and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the General Manager at our Riyadh headquarters.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the General Manager’s complex diary, appointments, and travel schedule
– Act as gatekeeper for all communications — calls, emails, and visitors
– Prepare briefing packs, reports, presentations, and talking points for executive meetings
– Coordinate board meeting logistics including agenda preparation and minutes
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism
– Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and personal administrative tasks
– Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years of PA or executive assistant experience supporting C-level management
– Impeccable written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools
– Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
– Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
