Office Administrator – Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh

Al Rajhi Bank is hiring an Office Administrator to ensure the smooth daily operation of our branch administrative functions in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct to relevant departments
– Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
– Prepare official letters, memos, and internal reports
– Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars
– Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks
– Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
– Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Professional written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
– Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
