Construction Project Manager – Riyadh (UCC Holding)

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead major residential and commercial projects in Riyadh.

About the Role:
You will be fully responsible for project delivery across schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
– PMP Certification required
– 10+ years construction experience, 5+ in KSA
– Strong FIDIC contract knowledge
– Valid transferable Iqama

Responsibilities:
– Manage project lifecycle from mobilization to handover
– Lead multidisciplinary teams of 50–200+ people
– Control budgets in the SAR 20M–150M range
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
– Report project KPIs to senior management
