Construction Project Manager – Riyadh (Saudi Binladin Group)

Saudi Binladin Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale building projects in Riyadh.

About the Role:
You will take full ownership of project delivery — managing schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder relationships from kick-off to handover.

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
– PMP Certification (mandatory)
– 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years in Saudi Arabia
– Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Valid Saudi Iqama (transferable)

Responsibilities:
– Manage full project lifecycle for building/infrastructure projects
– Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and supervisors
– Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and client coordination
– Monitor and control project budget (SAR 50M–200M range)
– Report progress to executive management
