Sales Executive – Real Estate | Dar Al Arkan, Riyadh
Dar Al Arkan, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developers, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales across our premium residential projects.
Responsibilities:
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential units
– Generate and manage leads through referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels
– Conduct property tours and present project features to potential buyers
– Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients through the purchase process
– Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
– Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the sales manager
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 2+ years of real estate or B2C sales experience
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Valid Saudi driving license
– Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage
