Quantity Surveyor – Riyadh (Dar)

Dar Al-Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on major projects across Riyadh.

About the Role:
You will manage all cost-related activities including estimation, tendering, valuations, and final accounts for large building projects.

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
– 5–8 years QS experience, preferably in KSA
– MRICS or MCIOB certification preferred
– Strong knowledge of NRM, POMI, and FIDIC contracts
– Proficiency in CostX or similar estimating software

Responsibilities:
– Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates
– Manage procurement and tender documentation
– Evaluate and certify subcontractor payment applications
– Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
– Assist in contractual claims and variation orders

Package:
– Salary: SAR 11,000 – 15,000/month
