HSE Officer – Construction – Riyadh (Nesma)

Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. is urgently hiring an HSE Officer for active construction projects in Riyadh.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards across our construction sites.

Key Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s in Safety Engineering or related field
– NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory)
– 3–5 years HSE experience on construction sites in KSA
– IOSH membership preferred
– Valid Saudi Iqama

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement site-specific HSE plans
– Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
– Investigate incidents, near-misses, and prepare reports
– Ensure compliance with KSA MOMRA safety regulations
– Train and induct site workers on HSE procedures

Package:
– Salary: SAR 8,000 – 12,000/month
