Head Chef – Fine Dining Restaurant | Marriott, Riyadh
Marriott International Riyadh is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the culinary team at our flagship fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the full kitchen team including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff
– Design and develop seasonal menus with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest experience
– Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety (HACCP compliance)
– Control food costs, manage supplier relationships, and oversee stock management
– Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold brand standards
– Coordinate with the F&B Manager for event catering and special menus
Requirements:
– Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
– Minimum 7 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a Head Chef role
– Strong knowledge of international and Arabic cuisines
– Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
– Food Safety Manager certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
– Leadership skills with a passion for excellence
