QA/QC Civil Engineer – Riyadh (Albawani)

Albawani Company is hiring a QA/QC Civil Engineer for building projects in Riyadh.

About the Role:
You will implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control systems on site, ensuring all civil works meet project specifications and Saudi standards.

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
– 5+ years QA/QC experience on construction sites in KSA
– ISO 9001 knowledge required
– Experience with concrete testing, rebar inspection, and waterproofing
– Valid Saudi Iqama

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
– Conduct inspections and issue Inspection Test Records (ITRs)
– Review material submittals and certifications
– Coordinate with third-party testing labs
– Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on closures

Package:
– Salary: SAR 9,000 – 13,000/month
