HSE Officer – Construction Site – Saudi Arabia (LoneStar Construction)

LoneStar Construction is urgently hiring an HSE Officer for active construction sites in Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for all health, safety and environmental activities on site, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations and company HSE standards.

Key Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s in Safety or related field
– NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
– 3–5 years HSE experience on construction sites
– IOSH membership preferred
– Valid Saudi Iqama

Responsibilities:
– Conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox talks
– Investigate incidents and near-misses
– Implement and monitor site HSE plans
– Train workers on HSE procedures
– Maintain HSE documentation and records

Package:
– Salary: SAR 7,000 – 10,000/month
– Medical insurance
– Annual leave + return airfare
